Return/Exchange Policy

Refunds (Damaged/Defective Items ONLY):

Refunds will only be approved for damaged/defective items. Upon receipt of item(s) purchased, if any manufacturer defects or damage is discovered upon inspection of item(s), item(s) may be returned for full refund less shipping costs. To request refund for damaged item(s), the item(s) must be returned within three (3) business days of order delivery date, and a photo of damaged/defective item(s) MUST accompany refund request. Once damaged/defective items have been received by us, we will inspect items and provide a response to your refund request within 24 hours of returned items being received. 

No refunds will be issued if items are not returned within three (3) business days of order delivery date.

If damaged/defective item(s) are not returned within three (3) business days of order delivery date, item(s) may be returned for EXCHANGE ONLY. Requests for exchange of damaged/defective items must be completed within 10 calendar days from the original order delivery date, and a photo of damaged item(s) MUST be submitted along with request for exchange in order for the request to be considered.

Exchange:

Any requests for product exchange must be submitted within 10 calendar days of original order delivery date. Item(s) returned for exchange MUST be in original packaging and must not be worn or damaged. Items returned for exchange MUST be received by us within 10 calendar days of the original order delivery date or product exchange will NOT be allowed. 

Upon receipt of item(s) returned for exchange, if it is determined by us that product has been used/worn, no exchange will be allowed and customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to have worn/used items returned to customer.
